How much fruit is too much fruit?

I don't normally eat fruit, with the exception of the occasional banana or strawberries.
I much prefer vegetables but for some reason this week I've really been craving it and have overdid it I think, and am now suffering unfortunate side effects.

I know that you are supposed to get at least 5 portions a day of fruit and veg, how much of that should be fruit?

How much fruit do you eat per day?

I think it's supposed to be 3 vegetable, 2 fruit but to be honest, 5 is a minimum so you could get away with eating more.

I once at a punnet of plums in an afternoon, and things went a bit "wrong" digestion-wise. What did you eat?

This is just my own POV, but I try to go for 3 veg and 2 fruit - and "proper" fruit rather than dried or juice which have more sugars.

Well today. An orange, a peach and a banana. Orange juice this morning and pineapple juice this afternoon.

Yesterday, 2 bananas, peach, orange. Pineapple juice and over the past 2 days I've had vegetable stir fries with a lot of vegetables in them for dinner. About 7 or so types of vegetables in them.

And the day before I ate two peaches, two bananas, an orange and an apple.

And I had vegetable soup for lunch Wednesday/Thursday.
