Cooked loads of veg last night to go with dinner, have loads left over as dp and dss are veg phobes (me and ds big veg munchers), mainly cauliflower, sugar snap peas and baby corn. I've put it in the fridge in a sealed container, so do you think it will be alright to use again tonight?

Of course you can use it again tonight!

Yes, no problem at all. Cooked veg will keep for at least 2 or 3 days in the fridge and cook up again just fine - though I'd microwave or stirfry rather than reboil to stop it going soggy!

Thanks will microwave it.
