Can I defrost haddock in the microwave?

Need it for dinner which is Kedegree, forgot to get it out last night

of course. Does it have a defrost setting?

TBH if you get it out now it will be defrosted by this evening, or defrosted enough to poach until cooked.

Our mic does have a defrost setting, just wasnt sure it was safe

i would. I'm always forgetting to get stuff out of the freezer in time.

It will be safe, don't worry, especially if once you've defrosted it you will be cooking it.
