Loveage (sp? might be Lovage) - probably need to grow your own - hardy, comes back year after year, will form large clump - you might need to restrain on and off though its nothing like as invasive as mint. Wonderful at this time of year - the fresh leaves are delicious in salads and I've been known to have peanut butter and lovage sandwiches...

I know it's not a herb but watercress is very good with cottage cheese!

Chives, chopped dried apricots, paprika. Put inside rolled up slices of boiled ham. Makes cottage cheese a bit less boring and relatively low in calories.

Chopped walnuts, apple and celery are quite good too.
