can i make soup or casserole with chicken drumsticks?

Can't think of anything exciting to do with them. Ds doesn't like eating meat on bone

yes i do casserole with drumsticks and they taste so nice and the meat just falls off the bone my dp says best chicken casserole he'd had maybe the bones added to flavour

and the best bit the meat just falls away so you can pull the meat off without bone for ds

i just add assortment of vegetables and i buy the packet chicken casserole mix as its thicker and tastier

i add carrots and turnip any veg i have and in the last hour i add pre boiled potatoes slightly hard still and they suck up all the juices if i dont then i just add bit of mash

i also slow cook for around 3 hours as it makes meat so tender and all the flavors have longer to sit

i do mine gas mark 2 for 3 hours

i also add an onion you dont really need too many veg onion and carrots can be enough and then just slow cook
