freezing double cream

have made 2 lemon and lime tarts and have quite a lot of filling left. It is a mixture of raw egg, sugar, lemon juice, lime juice and double cream Can I freeze this??

Hmm. My guess would be it would separate on defrosting, tbh. Can you make more pastry and give some tarts to worthy recipients?
