Does anyone have Good Food's 101 One Pot Dishes?

I bought all the stuff for the smoked salmon and celeriac bake and now I can't find my copy! If anyone has it could you just let me know how much cream and the cooking time/ temperature?

bake for 45 covered with foil then remove foil and bake for another 30-40 minutes on 200/Gas 6, fan over 180.
