are nutri-grain bars ok?

dd2 has limited her milk drinking to well, zero. she loved nutrigrain bars, and they have added calcium. she wont touch yogurt or cheese. the only other milk she has is on her cereal each morning.

Would she have milk with nesquick. I know it's not great, but I give it to ds so that he does get some milk inside him. Also give him banana milkshakes. Can't really say whether nutrigain bars are ok - sorry.

nope, wont touvh flavoured milk, except choc milkshake from the dreaded macdonalds
