reheating paella

I am making paella this evening, but I suspect we will not eat it all - can I reheat the leftovers tomorrow, or is this like reheating rice?

I wouldn't.....rice can be a tricky customer.....why not just eat it all and then you won't need to eat tomorrow?

if it is cooled quickly and refridgerated it will be ok for 24 hours. The only time you get a problem is if the rice is left at room temperature for any length of time.

i just had paella from last night reheated for my lunch today! spooky. I do this all the time and have never suffered any ill-effects.
