add a tin of tuna to prepared couscous, add cherry tomatoes and olives, dress with a simple vinigarette or mix in some pesto and you have an instant tasty summer supper.

you can also use it in a quick fish pie. Mix with white sauce, add chopped hard boiled eggs and prawns, cover with mash and bake until top is golden brown.

Also, tuna mixed into white sauce and served with pasta isn't too bad. Especially if you add mustard to the white sauce.

rice, potato, tuna and cheese bake.
Empty tin(s) of tuna into a baking dish, add diced potato, rice, stock. Put in oven and leave for 30 mins....take out, add more water/stock if nec, add grated cheese.

Eat leftovers fried for days afterwards....

tuna fishcakes really easy - mashed potato, squeeze of lemon juice, tuna flaked, mix together, form patties, roll in oatmeal and fry or bake.
Can be done with tinned mackeral too. Kids love 'em

Thanks FrankMustard - will give that a go also - maybe tomorrow as I will have left over mash then.
