I'm always on mumsnet asking thick, dull questions about freezing food.

Not sure how my life came to this, but it has.

Is there a website that gives you the rundown about what you can/can't freeze and in what state eg such and such is better frozen raw etc.

If I buy another book we will have to move house, so I'd like to avoid if poss (maybe could be persuaded if it's very small.

TIA

I'd like to know too. I wonder if deliaonline would do the business - I've never visited but it's supposed to be good.

Ive got a book at home called something like The Encyclopedia of Home Freezing but have no idea where I aquired it from and it is great. gives the complete run down on stuff like that. I found out taht you can freeze fish pie (unbaked) and then bake it from frozen!! and all kinds of stuff like that. think its quite old tho.
