Can anyone give me their weeks mealplan?

Hi all!

Does anyone mind giving me their mealplan for the week (dinners)?

We are a family of 3 - me, DH and DS - 11 months.

I am looking to give DS whatever we have without salt etc rather than "baby" food as he is old enough and usually willing to eat anything!

We are not vegetarian, eat pretty much anything...

We do eat well but I am SUPER lazy and I rely on such things as ready made mash (NOT smash but the fresh stuff), "just cook" things which are raw but pre-prepared and you bung them in the oven, M&S gastropub things which are similar bung in oven job, fresh veg in bag which you steam in the microwave...etc etc etc.

Obviously none of this is suitable for DS as salt, chilli etc is already added!

I am at home every day except Sunday when we go to mu Mum's for a roast in the evening so no cooking needed and Monday when I could prepare something oven-able in the morning since I only work in the afternoon.

I am sure you are all thinking "lazy little cow" but I have just got in a pattern and I need to get out!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is this weeks MP, we are family of 5 and I cook most of our meals from scratch. We are also on a tight budget.
I shop every Wednesday, so my MP works Wednesday-Tuesday.

Wednesday: Chicken, veg stir-fry (using fresh chicken breasts, a fresh stir-fry veg pack and making some egg fried rice from scratch.

Thursday: Ommelette and wedges. (Ham mushroom and cheese.)

Friday: Sausage cassarole with jacket potatoes. Done in slow cooker using tomatoes, peppers, mixed beans, onions.

Saturday: Homemade pizza with salad.

Sunday: Roast chicken, veg, roasties, puddings.

Monday:Chicken, pasta veg bake. Made with leftover chicken from Sunday and whatever veg I have. Lots of cheese. Salad.

Tuesday: Homemade tuna fish cakes with noodles and sweetcorn.

Wednesday: Start again.......
