Any herbal tea junkies there?

I really like a herbal tea I found in Spain but haven't found the same one here - yet! Which is where you, dear self-confessed herbal tea junkie, come in.

The tea I want has 25% each of

Lime blossom
Lemon balm
Orange (or lemon) blossom
Lemon verbena

Any offers?
Thanks.

Make your own mix LaTruncha. Most health food shops sell loose herbs from the jar and it works out much cheaper than a branded herb tea.
Your one sounds lovely.

Dittany - that sounds delicious!

GentleOtter - that's a good idea.

It's not so much that mine ie delicious but it' really helping my step-mother and me sleep while we go through stressful times. We have to find a new supply before we run out! I'mnot going back to Spain for another fortnight.

I found this website and this one but not exactly what you want, I think buying the individual ingredients and mixing them up is the best idea.

Also what about scented candles in the same combination and burning them together??! My DH would hate it, but he hates all scented candles - aah.

Hope you get over your stressful times together - have you tried the Bach Flower Remedies?

LaTrucha · 20/04/2009 22:34

Thanks Marmitebabe. Good idea about the candles but then I think DH would have a REALLY stressful time as he's terrified of fires!

Just been looking through the first website. 'My' tea sounds great, but the love tea is hilarious. 'For that steamy moment' - as if you'd make a cuppa!

Neal's Yard shops have those kind of ingredients loose, and they can make up a mix for you. Or they have ready mixed teas like this one.

Their website sells both ready made teas and the loose herbs - try digging around for your ingredients here
