Dried Mixed Fruit?

I have a couple of bags of dried mixed fruit and don't know what to do with them. I usually make fruit scones but fancy something different. please help

I use it in fairy cakes by adding a few hanfuls to the mixture.

chuck some in with apple crumble

flapjacks, chutneys, throw them in couscous or tagines, some sort of compote?

Google for All Bran Loaf - mega easy, quick to prep, scrummy and virtually fat free if you use skimmed milk. Makes it a health food in my house . 1 2lb loaf tin needs 1 mug of fruit.
