How many jacket potatoes can I cook at once?

We're having a Mexican party in summer and I'm keen to avoid rice (reheating/keeping warm/food poisoning). How many potatoes do you reckon I could get in a regular size oven and what's the best way to do it? Cook before and reheat? Wrap in tin foil individually? Cook fresh and bung tons in on a low heat for hours?
I know it's a way off but I enjoy myself much better if I'm organised.
Many thanks.

I can get 30 in mine , cook on a low heat for a couple of hours (voice of PTA experience)

Can you not do soft flour tortillas and nachoes as well/instead?

And couscous is very good with chilli and very quick and easy to cook

Have you got a BBQ? we went to a party last summer where the Jacket Potatoes were wrapped in foil and cooked on a BBQ. If you don't have enough oven space could you do this?
