How many fairy cakes would I get from a 4 egg/8oz mix?

Just trying to work out what size mix I'll need to make about 25-30 fairy cakes!

Thanks

I made a four egg mix (large eggs) recently and it made about 24. They were not too big - I'd left plenty of room for them to rise and space for icing in a muffin cup size liner.

24ish - I'd do 5/10 personally

I should say that I didn't use specifically 8oz of flour - I use Hugh Fearnly Whatshisname's recipe in which you weigh the eggs (in their shells) and then use the same amount of butter, self-raising flour and sugar.

2 medium eggs (with 4oz each of flour sugar and butter) = 12 normal size cakes for me.

So 4 eggs = 24.

Brilliant, thanks! Perhaps I'll do 6/12 and scoff the rest myself!
