burger - onion, bread soaked in bit of milk, 1 egg, mint if you have fresh, chinese 5 spice powder if you dont, maybe tom puree or ketchup, balsamic vin depending how wet it all is.salt pepper
moussaka
shepherds pie
kebab type things, similar to burger mix but squashed round a skewer

You can do lamb koftas - put into food processor mince, a couple of beaten eggs, onion, garlic and herbs (you could use coriander or mint) and a wee bit of cumin (optional) or some chile, you can also put some bread crumbs, but you don't have to, or some pine nuts and blend it all up a bit.

Then shape into small burger shapes with hands and cook how you would normally cook burgers. I do mine on a griddle pan but sure you could fry or grill.

You can serve with some plain yoghurt, and you can put mint in the yoghurt if you want.

What I like to do with minced lamb is:
Add chopped onion
Tin of tomatoes
SOme rosemary
Feta cheese, garlic and olives (you can buy these seperately or get those little tubs of feta-garlic-olives-marinaded-in-herby oil) chucked in for the last few minutes of cooking.
Serve with rice.

I do these burgers which are less of a faff than the recipe looks. Ease up on the fresh coriander, though, or it'll be repeating on you all night
