roast beef -quick question please

Hi,

We had roast beef today (don't like lamb much even though that is "traditional" I think for Easter)

Anyway, the beef was fine, but I was wondering can I convert the leftovers into bolognese or similar? I am not sure how best to change it from slices of roast beef into minced beef. We don't have a mincer, I do have a hand blender and a liquidiser. I toyed with the idea of chopping it all up but it was a tiny bit tough in texture so this would be quite time consuming.

Any help gratefully accepted.

The only way I can think is to chop it. if you blend etc it you'll just end up with much - which is fine if you are making baby food but not so appetising for adults! Does your mother/neighbour/best friend have a mincer you could borrow??

much?? 'mush' that should be!

Dice it up into small chunks, won't fall apart so much

I think I will chop/dice it then. Thanks for the replies.

Think you are right re the "mush" Northernlurker. Not even the littlest dd has puree anymore.

I'll ask my mum for future reference if she has a mincer (she isn't local) she has most other gadgets.
