Have you cooked it from fresh? If so you can freeze it and re-heat once, making sure thoroughly heated. You could serve with Jacket potatoes and salad. I quite like cauliflower cheese on a Sunday roast- not to everyone's taste though.

You could just portion it up into kid size portions and freeze and then reheat when needed if you're in a rush one day or can't think of anything to cook.

You could blitz it into soup then freeze.

You can also stir a bit of cooked pasta into it - a kind of cross between macaroni cheese and cauliflower cheese. If you do that then I would suggest serve it with peas or something else with a bit of colour otherwise it does look rather colourless/bland on the plate.

I'd have it cold. I love cauliflower cheese

Can you freeze it which ever way you make the sauce?
I was going to do one later with a creme fresh with cheese mixed in sauce.
