No not me can't stand the stuff but my sis is and she had a cheese cake for her wedding

trixymalixy · 09/04/2009 13:32

My name is trixymalixy and I am also a cheeseaholic.

My defence is that I wasn't able to eat cheese for 2 years while bfing my dairy allergic DS so I am making up for lost time!!!

Ooooh cheese.

What was the question again?

ProfYaffle · 09/04/2009 17:32

Oh me too. Am on the wagon as dieting atm, I was half afraid to open this thread incase it was full of people describing cheese in great detail ....

foxinsocks · 09/04/2009 17:34

oh gawd, I am too

and you know what?

I have been cursed for all my past sins. I can no longer eat camembert or brie without it giving me a migraine. My FAVOURITE cheeses.

I had to go to France and just LOOK at the cheese and smell it and try and inhale it but no, sigh, it wasn't the same.

I will join you in our artery clogging circle.

Lizzylou · 09/04/2009 17:34

Me too
I love cheese

The only diet I can stick to properly is Slimming World as you can have a fair bit of cheese on the plan.....

DanJARMouse · 09/04/2009 17:35

I went to see a dietician the other day and she asked me for 3 things I would like to change. She then said 'if you are a cheese lover I will not ask you to give up cheese cause you just wont be able to do it' I should print this thread off and show her. LOL.

CharleeInSpring · 09/04/2009 17:39

I could never give up cheese, i alway thought dp was pretty damn perfect when i met him, then i asked him if he was a cheese lover and he went 'Meh' as in i don't care either way, i was shocked it was nearly a deal breaker but i figure there is just more for me if he doesn't scoff it all!

ProfYaffle · 09/04/2009 17:43

Lol @ SW - that's what I'm doing and it's not what I call a 'fair bit' of cheese! That's the bare minimum to sustain life! I used to be famous for my cheesy wine evenings

singyswife · 09/04/2009 17:44

LOL@ the bare miniumum to sustain life. Ha ha ha.

foxinsocks · 09/04/2009 17:45

foxinsocks · 11/04/2009 17:25

I am going to have to stand up and admit a sin

We went to Borough Market this morning and I heard a whole wheel of camembert crying for me. It drew me in and before I knew it, one quick conversation with the very friendly cheese man, and I had a big wheel of camembert and a lovely french stick in my bag .

A bottle of red wine, my lovely camembert and a french stick awaits me tonight and I must admit, I am excited even though it will cripple me with a migraine.

i fear I am beyond help
