My son is 10 1/2 months old. He is still not eating that great. Anyone got any tips ?

Up until a year food is for experience and fun, they do not need any extra nutrition as long as the milk is going in. Have you tried baby led weaning? Put some finger food on his tray and see what he goes for? Dd 23 months and eats as and when she feels line it. Some days she only has a few bites per meal but she is full of life.

It will come, just let him experiment with tastes and textures at the momentvand never show anxiety otherwise he will pick it up and refuse out of fear you are trying to feed him something horrible !

try not to worry, he's maybe just not that into food yet. what does he like?
