I'm looking for inspiration - it's just going to be the four of us, although possibly my dad''s coming here on Easter Sunday.
The forecast doesn't look brilliant - I'd been hoping it might be warm enough for a bbq/paella outdoors (we bought a paella pan that attaches to a gas bottle for outside cooking last year).
So, what are your menu plans for the weekend? The dds are both teenagers and eat loads, and I don't want to spend all weekend cooking and clearing up.
We'll possibly go out cycling or walking one of the days, so easy picnic ideas appreciated.
I'll definitely do this one day - we had it at the weekend and it was superb and very easy.
