Freezer door left open...what should I do?

Hi there,

Just wanted to ask the MN jury what you think. Our freezer door was left open for a while - we're not sure how long - the ice cream was semi-defrosted and then had refrozen itself (dh shut said door a few hours ago).

So, question is, what about the meat? Will it be a health risk to eat it? TIA, you wonderful wonderful pepole.

Don't eat refrozen ice cream but you could defrost and cook raw meat/fish then refreeze. Might be too late now if it has already refrozen raw though. Veg are usually ok refrozen.
