noodles???

had some in my cupboard for ages(straight to wok with amoy or something?)
know they can be dead healthy, but with what????

whatever veg you have, plus bit of oil to fry in, touch of sesame oil (if you have it) and soy sauce.

Yes, or meat, or make an omelette, cut into strips when cool and add that with some chopped spring onions and a bit of ginger.

going to do shop in morn and was thinking a meat dish maybe?like a char sui pork type thing??how would i do that??
and what veggies would you recommend??'dinner' veggies or swetcorn, courgette etc??

You could marinade a bit of pork in some soy, ginger and honey, then grill it and slice it up. Fry up some veggies-baby corn, corgettes, peppers whatever, then add to the noodlas with the meat. That would be nice.

One of my fave things is ribs. So cheap to buy and marinade (as above, maybe adding garlic and some sweet chilli cauce, maybe some 5 spice powder too) Then grill or bake and have with rice, noodles, and/or veg. I am amazed that people buy them ready marinaded. it takes seconds to do yourself.

and i love ribs too, the type that ooze sweet sauce down to your elbows!!!..mmmmmmmmm

Yes it is! First thing I make for my parents and dh when they return from Saudi and Turkey repectively, pork not being much in evidence in those places!
Oh! Lots of wine too of course!!!
