Cake for a diabetic

Want to make a yummy cake for someone who's diabetic, any ideas?

My brother is diabetic and to be honest, he'll eat a normal cake Just has to do his bloods etc, to see how much! In fact, he gets a little p.o'ed if we make a big deal about doing something special for him.

Would agree that no special cake is needed. My diabetic DS will adjust his insulin accordingly.
