Because allegedly this is his favourite dish.

Only I have never made it for him, because normally if I make spicy foods, he turns up his nose!!

M&S Korma sauce is quite sweet, or Seeds of Change Korma sauce. Both go down well here.

I like seeds of change stuff, have had it before, not tried the curry tho.

Anyone make their own?

My ds likes having chicken curry at school but only because it comes with poppadums (sp) - could this be the case here?

Saying that I've had some success with mango, chicken, coconut milk and all the spices without the chilli obviously...

There's a yummy scrummy one here from the MN recipes section

That looks lovely, Lucysmam.

I just make our curries as we like them and stir yogurt into DDs, it cools it right down.

I put in spices but leave chilli out till I've set some aside for DS. Then the chilli goes in! However, he has also had hotter leftovers with yoghurt. A bit of lemon juice also helps tone down heat.

I have a simple recipe for Chicken Korma - which doesn't have any cream or yoghurt in it - my DC love it.
You need: Onion, chicken, Korma paste (or powder) chicken stock, ginger, ground almonds, coconut milk, coriander.
