Can anyone tell me when is the best age to introduce rhubarb to a baby's diet. I am not sure, I know it is quite sour and that I should mix with a sweet fruit, but at what age ?

not a clue, but grannys just made a rhubarb pie! so looks like tonight!!! dd is nearly 18mths! interesting tho, if you caught little angels last night, they said you should try between 17 n 20 times before a toddler will accept a food! so that's what we have to come! (ARGH!)

So what should I do with it, try a little bit of it with my baby ?

LOL @ Rhubarb!

My boys love it btw, we have quite a big patch in the garden. They have just got to the stage (age 5 and 7) that when they ask they can go out by themselves harvest the stems that are ready, chop off the leaves into the compost heap, bring it in to the house, wash it, chop it by themselves, then (with some supervision) cook it ...
And they think it's a privilege!!!

Sorry, I know it doesn't help with babies. I can't remember that far back I'm afraid.
