Beef curry recipe

I fancy making a beef curry for a change- pref one i can bung in the slow cooker as well although doesnt matter if its an oven/hob one.

Does anyone have any recipes for a nice beef curry please?

Beef isn't often used in curries as the cow is a holy animal in the Hindu religion. If you have a good lamb curry recipe, you could probably do that with beef.

Well, Indian curries, anyway. Maybe worth googling for a Thai curry recipe?

hmm using a lamb recipe instead is a good idea. Fancy indian ratehr than thai curry

This looks really nice and Madhur is always reliable, IME. You could do all the beginning bits as normal and do the simmering in the slow cooker.
