Sausage casserole always goes down well here .
Thin sausages cut into 3's
two onions chopped
garlic and mixed herbs
2 tins chopped toms

cook sausages onions and garlic for 15 mins with a little olive oil in oven.

Cover with toms and sprinkle mixed herbs over top .

Cook for 45 minutes serve with mash .

Chicken casserold done is slowcooker is good too (cooking here right now and smells lush)

Good luck.

My cupboard is full of tins of chopped tomatoes - useful for curries, bologneses, chillis, casseroles, pasta sauces. I also keep a couple of tins of soup, beans, kidney beans, chick peas etc etc

Fresh - onions, garlic, carrots, celery and a variety of veg and fruit.

Herbs - basil, parsley, oregano, coriander, sage etc etc

Also lots of baking ingredients

I'm quite jealous, I need to do the same thing. There's stuff at the back of my cupboards that has probably been there years

My store cupboard staples:
tinned chopped tomatoes
tinned tuna, sardines, mackerel
tinned asparagus, sweetcorn (great for salads
)
mini gherkins
olives
flour
pasta
rice
couscous
lentils
chickpeas
beans
oil (virgin olive, sunflower, sesame)
vinegar (white wine, balsamic)
mustard
curry paste
coconut milk
dried spices and herbs - I find I use lots of oregano, thyme, basil, chilli flakes, garam masala, curry powder and mixed spice
sugar
honey

freezer staples:
frozen veg (I always have spinach and peas, plus sometimes mixed veg)
puff pastry
