homemade pizza - do I need a bread machine?

Hi, would like to make a homemade pizza but don't have a bread machine or food processor. Does anyone here make their own bases without?

have done, both from scratch and those packs of pizza dough "mix" you can buy

The ready to do packs are good but it's just as easy to do it from scratch.

It's only the same as making plain scones but you just need to cover it and store it in a warm place for it to rise slightly.
