how many limes instead of lemons?

want to make lime posset tomorrow evening but only have a recipe for lemon posset. So how many limes instead of 2 lemons do you reckon?

At a guess I would say 3, assuming the lemons should be "average" size. limes (imo) are about 2/3 the size of an average lemon? hth
