pancake batter, its been in the fridge......

Yesterday made pancake batter and used only a little. put it in the fridge for later and forgot to use it. Will it be ok to use now? thanks

It's usually ok for a day. I would use it, just give it a good stir again.

yes have just shook it up in the plastic container, it looks ok. Sure DD will eat it! cheers x

I always make my pancake batter early specifically so that I can put it in the fridge. Aren't you supposed to leave it in the fridge before using it? I thought that made better pancakes.

I'm doubting myself now. Why do I always leave my batter in the fridge? Somebody reassure me!

Have made the pancake and DD has scoffed it. I don't eat eggs so wasn't sure. Anyway, it looked grand to me!!
