Help!

Need ideas for healthy desserts as I am bored with a piece of fruit or yoghurt.

Any ideas please?

have a couple of squares of really dark chocolate, over 70%

I find it fills that need for sweetness I sometimes crave but I can't eat much of it.

Probably wrong but Meringue?

I use Merangue (sp?) nests with chopped strawberries and/or kiwi with a splash of skimmed milk.. Yum Yum

slice a banana down the middle and sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice. bake for about 12 mins. Sprinkle with fresh blueberries and maybe a spoonful of yogurt and a square of finely grated green and black's.

Easy to do, gorgeous, and really good for you!

weight watchers have a diet pudding recipie book---- its called "cook smart baking"....even tells you what points every dessert is! bought it in tescos last week for £9.

try fruit teas as well, apple and cinamon tea is delicious, as is blackberry tea and blueberry tea....

Fruit-based but a bit different:

Sugar free jelly 'cheesecake' - make it up then whisk it with a pack of low-fat soft cheese/philly, pour into pots (makes about 6 portions) and leave to set in the fridge. Nice with strawberry or raspberry flavour.

Also Fruit Cups - make a lemon/lime sugarfree jelly in a pint jug with half the amount of water, add frozen fruit (raspberries or strawberries in the recipe, but you could use what you fancy) to fill the jug up and blend together - leave to set in the fridge (sets quite quickly because of the frozen fruit). Very refreshing.
