i have just made Delia's American chocolate brownies - they are very gooey. anyone know if they will freeze, and if so what is the best way of wrapping them? (all together/individally?)

Just eat them

yes they freeze well.

I put them in a plastic tub well spaced out with clingfilm or baking parchment between the layers.

thanks. scienceteacher, i'm freezing them to stop myself just eating them i ate about three brownies worth of the mixture before pouring it into the tin and putting it in the oven and know i will really regret scoffing any more. i almost feel sick actually. but it was sooo goooood.

They keep well in tupperware.... well so I've heard... they never live long in our house

Well they taste almost as nice frozen, so be warned

I find that Nigella's snow-flecked brownies are so gooey that they are more handleable once they've been frozen.
