Favourite dishes to freeze?

I'm sure this has been done to death but currently my freezer is used for storing things such as meat/peas etc and the odd bolagnase sauce. (And toddler stuff). However, currently pregnant with twins and wanting to stock up on easy meals for after babies arrive. What do seasoned MNers have as easy standby things in the freezer - ideally not too arduous to cook in the first place as energy levels are pretty low and decreasing by the day? Thanks in advance
