Please could you share your favourite slow cooker recipes for curry - ideally chicken but open to any suggestions - ordered the spicy and curry slow cooker book from Amazon but it is not going to arrive in time for my needs. Also doing a Fish curry as alternative choice - have a couple of options but would welcome any ideas here too Many Thanks

My 2yr old DD loves this or I make it bit hotter if just for adults.

Fragrant Chicken Curry.
Serves 4.
75g/3oz/half cup red lentils (I use tinned, no need to soak)
30ml/2tbsp mild curry powder
10ml/2tsp ground coriander
5ml/1tsp cumin seeds
350ml/12fl oz/1&half cup boiling veg or chick stock
8 chicken thighs skinned (I usually use 2 chicken breasts)
225g/8oz fresh shredded spinach
15ml/1tbsp chopped fresh coriander
salt&pepper
sprigs fresh coriander to garnish
Rice and poppadums to serve

1-Lentils, curry powder, ground coriander, cumin seeds and stock.High setting for 2hrs.
2-Add chicken, cook on high for 3hrs.
3-Add spinach, pressing down into liquid. Cook for further 30mins, until wilted then add chopped coriander.
4-season to taste.Garnish with fresh coriander sprigs.

Enjoy
