I mostly just grill them and have them with jacket potato and cauliflower cheese.

I got that deal last week

We had the gammon with mash, poached egg and mushy peas! It was ages since we had had gammon and it was lovely.

I usually grill them, make a big pot of mash with lots of milk, butter and soft cheese, then an egg cracked in while mashing.
Put it all into a casserole dish with a well in the middle of the mash ,chop up the grilled steaks and mix into a cheese or white sauce then popur the mixture into the well of potato.
Sprinkle with cheese then bake together in the oven for 20 mins.
Very cheesey so quite naughty but yummy

I chop them into bitesized strips, toss them in flour and briefly fry them with chopped onions, garlic. Then gradually add milk (soya works just as well) stirring constantly to make a sauce. Add whatever you like to make the sauce more interesting eg mustard, cheese, pesto, ketchup; Serve with spaghetti and call it carbonara or rice and call it stroganoff.

chop up and stir-fry with peas, onion, sweetcorn (whatever veg you fancy), add soy sauce, garlic, ginger....or your own favourite ready made stir fry sauce. Mix in with cooked rice.

we have this loads, dc's like it too.
