Take Away Curry something homecooked?

I really really want a curry. Not a home cooked one, not a shop bought one. A take-away.

Now, its only tuesday. We are skint. We have some food in the cupboard and freezer/fridge to cook something healthy. We were going to have a curry on Friday as we have an evening without DD.

However, I am pg, and while this is not a craving as such, (I believe it is too early to have a craving), I am overwhelmed by the desire to have a hot curry with popadum and pickles. I do not want anything else. And DH has lovingly said if that it what I want to eat, we can have it and we have not had a take away for several weeks.

So. Something healthy and cheap from the fridge

or

Take away.

Its a looooong way off, is Friday. But, will power. I. can. do. it

Excellent plan - two curries in one week

I really want fish and chips .... am not pregnant though and have promised to make risotto for dh so don't fancy my chances

That's a good plan - get DH to learn how to make curries that taste like they come from the takeaway, but with less melted butter in them!

Go on, give in to temptation!

Life's a biatch when you're skint ....

DH has made a fab curry, not quite take away. His are lovely, but its just not the same as take away is it? And we have no poppadum or chappati.

And I am just so starving right now, it is not ready yet. So I have had a ham sarnie to take the edge off. That is defintely not the same as a curry.

Roll on Friday. I am planning what I will have already, it will be a feast, minus the Tiger Beer.
