DD is very fusssy in eating and I think I am partly reponsible as well. We are stuch with chicken and butter sanwiches - 3times a week , choclate spread and cheese rest of the week. Please can some one help me. Willing to try something new esp if it can be sorted out during the weekend and I just have to use it over the week I work full time. I am vegetarian but DH and DD will eat chicken , fish and Egg. Some recipes I can make over the week end and all of us can use over the week would be very help ful.Sorry long post...

Omelettes, tortillas, fritatta cut into slices, eggy bread fingers or french toast (often goes down well with little ones).

Different types of bread - bagels, wraps, muffins, subs, croissants - with fillings?

Mini pizzas made with muffins, bagels or rolls, tomato paste/passata, grated cheese and whatever toppings the kids will eat (get them to help making them).

Soup? Homemade chicken or veggie soups are super easy to make and healthy.

Jacket potatoes/sweet potatoes with whatever fillings the kids like.

I often make 'picnic plates' - slices of cold meat, cheese, some sort of crackers/rice cakes/oatcakes, pieces of fruit. Good for summer, as you can bring with you to the park or out into the garden. My 4 yr old DS loves this.

What sort of filling would you use in the wraps for school lunch
