Ikea soup

I bought a carton of Ikea Blueberry soup, thinking it was bleberry juice.

Looking at the ingredients, it contains potato starch and stuff so it is definitely not drinkable as juice. Have tried to con children, but they see through me!

Any ideas on what uses blueberry soup has?

Noooo, but when I tried it as juice it became clear that it was not soupy either! Well not to my non Swedish tastebuds.

We had blueberry soup (and other fruit soups) on holiday in Finland. It was stirred into a bowl of yoghurt, and served also with muesli and stewed fruit.
