I've been reminded of this by a thread on the Recipes board... does anyone make any kind of bean / veg / pulse based houmous-type dip that doesn't require garlic?
I regularly send my DCs and DH off with houmous in their lunchboxes, but it was only when DH made me a lunchbox this week that I realised how much the garlic has impregnated everything by lunchtime. And call me repressed, but I didn't really want to be breathing garlic fumes over my colleagues all day.
Anyone got any suggestions?
