I have some fresh salmon and some Elmlea cream

any ideas what I can do with them?!!

make a yummy sauce with
onions, mushrooms, peas sweetcorn (last 3 optional) fried with some mixed herbs and garlic

cook the salmon in the oven

if you have nay add some white sine to the onion mix, simmer for a minute or too remove from heat and let cool slightly (stops cream from splitting) add cream.

pour over cooked salmon and sevre with either pasta or new pots

you can cook the salmon in the sauce if you want too, but i tend to just zap it in the microwave because then its quicker!!!
