Why did my Raspberry and Oat Muffins Come out 'Mould' Green?

Ingredients:
150g self-raising flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2tbsp caster sugar
2tbsp rolled oats
140ml fat-free thick yogurt
2tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg white
1 very ripe banana, mashed
200g frozen raspberries

Followed the recipe and the muffins I'm cooking for DS1s Red Nose Day Coffee Morning came out of the oven 'mould' green!
Off to Tesco's tommorrow to buy some blueberry muffins and pretend I baked them.
The recipe recommends combining the ingredients with a wooden spoon but I used my food processor on a low setting...is that anything to do with it?
Cook Gas 4 for 18 - 20 minutes but even after 25 they were wet and no where near cooked.
Where did I go wrong?
They taste fine but no one in thier right mind is gonna want to try one.

Did you mash up the raspberries by using the processor? Were you supposed to defrost the berries?
Not sure what else it could be

PS Can you dust them with icing sugar to disguise the colour?

The recipe called for the raspberries to be added frozen.
I didn't mash the raspberries, they went in whole.
