Can you freeze gravy?

I've got loads left from a roast chicken dinner. Proper gravy, mind - solid, made with the chicken juices, flour & potato-boiling water.
Hate to waste it as it's useful to make a quick chicken stew.

I think 'yes'...

I freeze mine in an ice cube tray so you can keep the cubes in a bag and just take out what you need.
