Pate how long in the fridge ok to eat, was opened last week sometime.

Smells fine, looks fine, er tastes fine.

Not sure, but my neighbours brought some foie gras over at New Year that was a bit green and they scraped the mold off and ate it.

They were fine. I refused with thanks.

If it smells, looks and tastes ok then I would say it's fine & eat it personally. If it didn't smell or look ok then I'd throw it

oow not that bad, finishing first roll and it is fine, it is supermarket suction packed stuff with probably enough presevatives to keep michael jackson happy.
