I used half a pack to make broccoli, blue cheese and walnut pasta last week and now need to use it up quickly-ish.
Got an 'empty day' on my family's menu on Saturday, so does anyone have any ideas on what i can make? My son doesn't really like it so it needs to be put with something/adapted for his taste too. And, I also don't want to put it with potatoes as we're having them on Sunday.
I know I'm being picky, but please help!
