anyone know their wine and cheese?

have recklessly agreed to host a fundraising wine and cheese but have no idea how to go about it - person who was to help has dropped out and i was relying on her.

I really need some good wine and cheese matches that are not overly expensive.

i would be really grateful for any help!

any morning people know?

I have no idea but I would have thought, if you go to a more upmarket wine seller they might be able to advise you about what goes well with what.

Or, of course, someone on here will know! MN knows all

Go to Majestic and throw yourself on their mercy. Tell them numbers, budget, gender mix of your group, and they will be able to give you some options. They should be able to tell you what cheeses will go, as well.

Think about sale or return and glass hire, and don't forget the non-drinkers.
