use softer flour, roll it out thin, turn the oven up as hot as it will go.

100g flour is enough for three.

A pizza stone (in a very hot oven). I got one for Christmas and my pizzas are transformed.

I usually use strong white flour and add a tablespoon of olive oil to the dough.

What is a pizza stone?

liath · 10/03/2009 22:56

One of these www.amazon.co.uk/Kitchen-Craft-Piece-Pizza-Stone/dp/B0001IX0XK.

You stick it in a hot oven to pre-heat before putting the pizza on it to cook.

if you roll out thin thrn put toppings on then refrigerate for half an hour it kida knocks the yeast out of action a bit.

Pizz stone is def the way to go - I bought a Pampered Chef one, and it really does make a difference

Roll it out very thinly. Then roll it out some more.

I think the dough needs to be thinner than you think (if that makes any sense!)
