Help, here I go again. One day to go to the school Easter fair and I've lost my favourite Pudsey bear biscuit recipe. I want to make bunnies out of it as it's so delicious and I just cannot for the life of me remember. Is anyone out there who can help?

100g/4oz plain flour
50g/2oz cornflour
50g/2oz caster sugar
100g/4oz butter or margarine.

Preheat oven to 180c/170c(fan)/350F, GM4
Tip flour & corn flour into a bowl. Add sugar and butter and rub together to form breadcrumbs with your fingertips. Squeeze together to form a ball & knead in any crumbly bits. Roll out to approx 3mm thick. Cut out, chill for 5mins, bake for 10-15mins until golden. Cool on tray for 5 mins and transfer to wire rack.

That's from the packet of my Pudsey Bear cutter. Is that right?

When I say "chill for 5 minutes", I think it means the biscuits although I'm sure you can chill out too whilst you're waiting.
