Can I feed my 7 and a half month old eggs? Or just egg yolks? I have googled this but am now more confused.
(I have one boiling now, egg, that is, not baby.)

The lot I think.
SO long as it is well cooked.

some countries say no egg white till 1 year but in the uk the advice is that you can give whole eggs as long as the white and yolk are fully cooked through

All of mine had firm-ish scrambled egg from 6 months and lived to tell the tale (should add that in t'olden days, they started the purees at 4 months so this probably isn't as drastic as it sounds).

My lo always has scrambled eggs (the whole lot) & never done her any harm!

I did with my DD at 8 months and discovered she had an egg allergy . It is one of the most common types of allergies. With DS I will wait until he is a year old.

Gave DS eggy bread at around 7 months only for him to break out in a widespread rash. Avoided it until he was over a year old then tried again and has had no problems. I think that the current guidelines are to avoid eggs until they are one year.
